Within the Solid Geometry set up (#PedraliSolidGeometry), covering 800 square metres, visitors will admire the collections wrapped in niches with geometrical shapes, placed along an exhibit itinerary opened by a petroleum blue grid that recalls the virtual space of histograms used in architecture.

The monochrome interior contrasts shades of warm grey and highly textured natural materials with soft furnishings and classic furniture editions. The aim was to reinterpret the brutalist aesthetic of the building and the immediate architectural landscape of Brunkebergstorg Square.

Folding screens date back to the Han dynasty of ancient China, but Prada makes particular reference to a painting from an original 18th century Chinese screen. The painting has been reinterpreted and modernized with a contemporary palette representative of the brand, its floral designs – a classic motif for spring – highlighted with stencilling in white and turquoise.
