Coccodrillo store by Glenn Sestig, Antwerp – Belgium

April 10th, 2017 by retail design blog

Luxury multibrand shoe store Coccodrillo has relocated to a new location in Antwerp. Fashion retail pioneer Geert Bruloot and store owner Eddy Michiels together with architect Glenn Sestig, created an open empty space with international character and with the possibility of a complete re-interpretation in the future. The townhouse in the Arenbergstraat has been rebuild within its original shell, to create a brutalist three-dimensional sculpture in which the presentation of shoes is just one of the possible aspects. The bespoke furniture and lighting is exclusively designed by Glenn Sestig especially for this project.
