Christian Louboutin Summer Pop windows by Studio XAG, Worldwide

For Christian Louboutin stores across the globe, StudioXAG designed a concept torn from the pages of a comic book. Graphic explosions made from powder-coated steel are combined with shards wrapped in baby blue glitter and vibrantly contrasting coloured vinyl. Amongst an eye-catching colour palette of rich hues, at the centre of each explosion POP! is emblazoned in red neon lighting. In the larger windows, the explosion bursts from a bespoke metal and mirrored acrylic box lined with golf ball filament lightbulbs.

In addition to designing windows for boutiques worldwide, StudioXAG produced and installed the concept for the European boutiques including the London flagship, Geneva, Paris JJR and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, where the explosion was complimented with a pink, yellow and blue glitter starburst back panel. Shoes from the collection were displayed on concealed shelves in the explosions, rocketing outwards in a vivid, spectacular display.
