McCann WorldGroup Office by TPG Architecture, New York City

June 16th, 2017 by retail design blog

TPG Architecture designed the offices of global ad agency McCann WorldGroup, located in New York City, New York. The 28th floor at 622 Third Avenue is home to the McCann Worldgroup C-Suite and creative group. TPG was commissioned to design a space which captures McCann Worldgroup brand diversity.

The two phase project was completed June of 2015. Phase one was the construction of the C-Suite offices and reception. Phase two was the construction of the open office and creative space for McCann Worldgroup’s creative staff.

The 26,000 square foot space is outfitted with collaborative spaces, a main board room and enclosed brainstorming white box spaces. The 28th floor incorporates elements of a progressive workplace and highlights a unique combination of open workspace, closed and open collaboration and executive offices.

It is important to note that the space is brand-centric, as McCann wanted to feature their brand history and future. At reception, there are a number of art walls to showcase their brand timelines, as well as a media wall which plays commercials to entice new clients.
