Shimmerwalls shimmers in creative holiday collaboration for Karl Lagerfeld & Visualplex

January 21st, 2018 by retail design blog

The high octane glamour of New York provided the focus for international fashion designer KARL LAGERFELD’ Christmas holiday windows. Entitled ‘Karl Holidays’, a collaboration between KARL LAGERFELD & Visualplex (creative concept by Chameleon Visual), the shimmering sequinned walls provided by Shimmerwalls added the extra wow factor to the visual merchandising.

The encasing sequinned walls, made from 30mm silver sequins, brilliantly reflected the dazzling and changing electric colour combinations of NYC taxi cab yellow, tomato red and tungsten blue from the ‘Choupette’ pods and the neon signage used within the scheme, as Karl and Choupette travelled to the city that never sleeps. The ‘Karl Holidays’ visual merchandising was shown in seven KARL LAGERFELD stores including London’ Regent Street store (pictured throughout).
