Wine shop, which provides pouring services and small dishes appropriate for wine. An intimate space in a cellar-style atmosphere, which is partially disconnected from the Tel Aviv streets. In planning the space, a long-time problem was addressed: horizontal storage of the wine bottles, as is required, whilst still ensuring a clear view of the bottle’s label.

Located in the very heart of Paris, in the ever-changing district of Les Halles, La Cave a Vin 9 offers a new vision of wine bars – high-end yet within reach. We endeavoured to create a new kind of place, breaking away from conventions and all that is already known, rethinking its space to match the way people enjoy food and drinks today.
The brief was to create a live music venue that would appeal to inner city locals in particular. We immediately looked to venues in London and NYC for inspiration. We wanted to retain the laid back feeling of the existing pub downstairs, but as the venue will be attracting international acts, were keen to add a bit of glamour.
News Bar is a place of rituals; morning coffees, daily meetings, afternoon relaxation and night arrangement, all that in one space where you can catch the newest information… on electronic or printed Medias or simply throw friendly talk. Endless lines of letters, words, tables with old texts from news papers are patented idea exchanging information I communication inside shopping center.
The renovation of La Bohème bar, located in the buoyant Rua das Galerias de Paris in Porto’s downtown, embraces pine wood throughout the entire interior. ‘The goal was to transform a space with no identity into a recognizable interior,’ says Carlos Veloso from AVA Architects, the studio responsible for the project.
Doboz (‘Box’ in English) is a new party place and cultural center in the 7th district of Budapest. The building was a children’s hospital of the former ghetto during the Second World War. Its residents slowly moved from the building as it has been gone to ruin in the last 10 years and nobody had the money to refurbish it.
Our primary objective was to design a restaurant with an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that feels both contemporary and classic. This approach was born out of a close collaboration with the client, and in many ways arose from a set of furniture the client had previously purchased for the space.
