Marriott Charles de Gaulle Hotel by Virserius Studio, Paris – France

The newly opened Sir Adam Hotel features 107 rooms in four categories and a lavish suite, in addition to a series of cool public spaces and facilities, all designed by New York City-based design studio Icrave. These pads have been designed with the savvy urbanite in mind, and boast comfortable settings with an industrial edge and quirky personal touches.

The long bar along the side ends up in a reception area. A separate dining room was shaped up with exclusive wallpaper design and lighting elements. Regarding the colours and tones dark flooring and light pastel were designed. The ceiling got an interesting pattern round with built-in LED solution.

The hotel features 250 designed rooms in six different categories, but similarly designed in a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic. Although slightly vary in size, these pads all share a clever configuration, beautiful design, and last but not least, a nifty range of amenities that savvy urban travelleres can’t do without, including free wifi, a 42-inch led television, and a glass-enclosed rain shower.

Atlas Hoi An Hotel by Vo Trong Nghia Architects, Hoi An – Vietnam

The walls of the structure are built from locally-sourced sandstone blocks, set between exposed concrete floor slabs. It is these slabs that support the vertically arranged concrete planters. Filled with greenery, the planters offer shade to corridors located behind, and allow the breeze to naturally ventilate them.

The Fritz Hotel by The Invisible Party, Düsseldorf – Germany
