The word Mondo was the starting point for Neoos Design to conceive a concept based on nature and the outdoors. From that point, natural colors, warm materials and nature-shape forms were chosen to achieve an open and welcoming space where customers would feel relaxed in the heart of Nuremberg.

The Proscenium is a small dessert restaurant located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is the renovation of the ground floor of a former residential building that was built as part of a large block redevelopment completed in the 1990’s.

El Curry Verde restaurant by Hiruki Studio, Hondarribia – Spain

The design challenge was to create a hospitality interior that felt amiable, fresh but not “too girly”, cozy enough for late intimate nights but with an openness that would let them organize cooking workshops as well. The palette of materials and colors were to be the predominant white color with hints of yellow, turquoise, wood, colorful lamps and plants: the result was warmth but bright space even during the dark winter days.

The style of the restaurant conforms to European pasture with plenty of board and wooden square on the facade. Even the traditional wooden roof is applied over the dining area. Except for the wooden decoration, the external facade is used massively of the glass material and the glass doors are particularly attractive.

The stage is highlighted from above by a custom fabricated bronze metal mesh center piece and subtle hand painted moroccan patterns on four adjacent columns. The meticulously detailed multi-function storefront delivers a modern retail bazaar feel flanked with arabian canopies, decoration hand selected from Kashgar and modern display lighting.

The interior has a raw edge, and almost feels as a seamless extension of the street, featuring a mezzanine bar section with a sturdy wooden counter, comfy leather sofas, matching tables and stools, framed by backdrop of concrete walls, stone flooring and an exposed ceiling.

The main restaurant area is adorned with aged leather banquettes, geometric flooring and a striking ceiling feature constructed out of decorative tin tiles. Our designers retained some existing features from other Red Dog sites including reclaimed pine panels and wall displays of early 19th American century portraits paying homage to the brand’s signature design details.

Motel One Campus Restaurant by Ippolito Fleitz Group, Munich – Germany

The Campus Restaurant caters to three different user groups: It is designed as an attractive restaurant and bar location for hotel guests and visitors, while also serving as a canteen for staff. The restaurant extends upwards over two storeys. The entrance from the lobby is set within a large glass wall, which stretches from floor to ceiling and makes an inviting gesture.
