The architectural design focuses on the brand colors and places them in the space at several elements such as walls, flooring and custom made furniture. The overall ambience is open and vibrant and together with the signage and environmental graphics creates a modern and welcoming atmosphere.

The experience center is consist of five areas ,art gallery, drinking area, reading area, life experience area and business negotiation area. In addition to information about real estate and show flat, a variety of art creation about “home” are interspersed in the center, which is achieve the fusion of experience and functionality of each area.
The predominant colors are white and grey and are matched perfectly by our designers with wooden style flooring and details of red. Most of the materials used for this client space are from 3M product inventory, in order to capture the wide and differentiated 3M product portfolio in real life applications.
Leading the market with their brand initiative, AMI is about people helping people. Locally focused, AMI aims to be the first social, trustworthy, easy and helpful insurance offering. The company needed to make real their aspirational brand positioning. So they approached RCG and Design Director John Lenihan for expert direction to take their retail operation to the next level.
The choice was made to show the bare concrete structure, revealing original details such as the golden tiles on the columns. New architectural elements, such as the entrance front, the white corian public counters and the meeting rooms materialized in bamboo, have been carefully positioned and were integrated with the original architecture.
All fitted furniture is designed in a simplistic, restrained white. The niches in the shelving were designed in dark oak to highlight the products on display. The Esslingen town colours were used discreetly on selected items of furniture to underline the links of Esslingen citizens to their popular town information office.
