Servier offices by ABD Architects, Moscow – Russia

Important requirement from Servier was to create the design with so called French touch, emphasizing the French origin of the brand. Architects in return suggested using combinations of colors and materials, restrained and strict, the golden mean of a combination of incongruous things, such as an office and a French interior.

VMAD worked with West Elm to create a timeless and sophisticated space – more like an art gallery than a trendy office environment. VMAD wanted to develop an environment that celebrates and showcases the brand’s design aesthetic, one that incorporates custom artistic elements created by west elm’s world design partners and local Brooklyn artists.

Des Voeux Chambers by Plot Architecture Office, Central – Hong Kong

Facing the entrance doors, the Chambers’ logo is partially exposed among the stone walls like a brass artefact being excavated at an archaeological site. Next to it sits the stone reception desk resembling a remnant of the historical ground.

ADCO Constructions Offices by Woods Bagot, Melbourne – Australia

Form and massing studies led to the creation of a unique screening element. Offering a new perspective to materiality, the brick motif was crafted in timber used in repetition with an application traditionally reserved for brick. The feature wall produced demarcates the space while allowing sightlines to be maintained throughout.

Mercado Libre offices by Contract Workplaces, Alem – Argentina

The core concept of the project has been the connectivity of the company with its users. The use of perforated shapes and materials that evoke nets, meshes and fabrics together with the use of vibrant colours provided material support to the idea. In line with the model established by the company, floors are organized in open plan and there are no private offices.

The ground floor has brainstorming spots, a lunch area, bar, playroom and various informal consultation places. We have connected these functions through a catwalk that runs from front to back across the floor. The new corporate identity of LINKIT became the guide to the décor and is clearly reflected in the pronounced color use.

Herschel Supply Office by Linehouse, Shanghai – China

Linehouse inserted a black metal framework into the space. Occupying this structure is a lounge seating area, pantry, meeting room bathroom and storage. Sectionally, glass divides the different programmes, allowing transparency throughout the enclosure.

StudioSUR in Alliance with AIA, develops a design concept based on the function and strategic distribution of departments looking for interaction and collaboration between teams. CEO and VPs are located equidistant of the rest of the teams connected with an internal staircase with the upper and lower floors to facilitate the flow and constant interaction between employees.

The idea of contrasts is translated into a ‘warp and weft’ aesthetic with complementary materials and colors providing a sense of movement and texture. A calm and refined atmosphere is created through material choice which includes timber, concrete, velvet, leather, felt, bronze and ceramics.

Car workshop and office by Neri&Hu, Beijing – China

Neri&Hu wanted to preserve as much of the original building as possible, while creating a new interior that recaptures the “allure and magic” once associated with with the car industry. To do this, architects Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu juxtaposed an industrial palette of metalwork and grey paintwork with refined walnut timber and brushed bronze elements that recall the craftsmanship of antique cars.

Travelstart headquarters by Inhouse, Cape Town – South Africa

The brand’s distinctive colour scheme of blue, white and grey dominates every floor. The circular logo, prominent on the ground floor, persists on the first and second in the form of circular ceiling pendants that lower the lighting. The open layout, transparent walls and four-metre-high ceilings foster ease of access, create a spacious atmosphere, and help to ensure that full use is made of the natural light from the building’s sizable windows.
