A simple, white reception counter greets visitors. The wall behind it flows into the ceiling in a gentle curve while a mirrored wall expands the room. A shimmering green carpet underscores the surprisingly poetic ambience.

The timber on the floor is girdled with a strip of marble in varying shapes and elegant pathway tiles leading from the entrance to the service counter. The teal color on the walls and the white ceiling illuminates the space and balances the hardness of the metal to highlight the products.

In addition to an outdoor garden designed to recreate the local scenery of rice fields and mountains using local flora, a 30 meter bookshelf was constructed containing pictorial books intended not so much to be “read” but rather to be “seen” and impart an impression on the reader.

A solid-void partition allows glimpses into the work area which consist of workstations arranged in a large hall in an open plan setting. The hall encompasses all the primary office functions including a conference room, strategically placed to allow view from the office area, and yet occupying an exclusive, individual space.
