The clear and iconic design encompasses various layers of information. At the top we have the striking lighting layer, attracting shoppers from a distance. Below this there is the information layer, furnished with chalkboards and two digital screens, and under these the two layers with products.

Honda CRV 2013 presentation by VOL2 DESIGN, Spain

Under the ideology of breaking conventions of Honda Motors founder, Soichiro Honda, underlies the concept of this intervention. The result is a showcase of conventional objects with unconventional design (aerodynamic umbrella, folding design furniture and a suitcase-scooter) linked to the CRV and whose disposition has a dreamy character.

2×4 was asked to design the architecture, exhibition, and technology experiences for the exhibition. Defined by glass and transparency, the exhibition was a glass Pavilion encasing at its center the iconic Tiffany Blue Box.

Topshop installation by studioXAG, London

studioXAG produced and installed in store treatments in Topshop, Oxford Circus. Hundreds of metal discs hang from the ceiling on the ground floor and white cage diamonds, plinths and triangles pop up all over the store to suit their cosmic winter theme.

StudioXAG were invited by Topshop and Emma Cook to make and install a pop-up wonderland inside their flagship Oxford Circus store to celebrate their Christmas collaboration. From the playful imagination of designer Emma Cook, pink pineapples and fairy lights fill a canopy of pink branches which lead you upstairs where the trees grow into Emma’s surreal festive grotto.

A collaboration between cylk and Studio Twocan –The Spring Tapestry is a sculptural work of intertwining natural and recycled materials. Inspired by the flagship boutique’s exposed fixtures and rustic textures, untreated Tasmanian oak dowels are held together with copper joints.

H3 Experience Center by Nota Design Group, Kunming – China

Isabel Flooring is an established flooring specialist in China. H3 is their foray into other wood products such as timber doors and built-in furniture. This design exercise will attempt to portray H3 as “The Wood Specialist” and set a store identity for the brand’s countrywide expansion.

Posca Chandelier showroom window by Ambience, Melbourne

The iconic Posca marker enjoys a cult like following with artists and designers both young and old. Poscas are used as a tool to create many wonderful things, so we decided to re-use Poscas themselves to create a feature for our new showroom window project ‘Eye Spy’ – a Posca Chandelier.
