Following our General Store in 2011, we presented you with the Schweitzer Department Store 3.0, covering 750 m² of live retail! It was important to us to tell you about the opportunities and possibilities for retail. We staged, mixed and connected familiar things in a completely new way.

To describe the main structure, wall, huge lamp ceiling, it’s like we sketch the structure with clean white matt Purlin, appeared-shadow with the rhythmic of space & line of the structure, colour the pavilion with lighting, which we layered-hang LED PAR, fluorescent light box to create Lounge environment sense with our various programming pattern of lighting scene design, shown as dimension of Diamond Reflection.

Alongside the corporate colour a glowing white makes for dynamic light-dark contrasts. A focused selection of materials also plays off of the contrasts between dark smoked oak and light-toned concrete. In the Roca Lounge on the upper level of the two-story stand, maple wood creates a warm and inviting ambience.

These 100% polypropylene structures, which look a bit like elaborate fashion accessories, are actually highly effective filter pads. Available in a variety of mesh sizes, the layered pads are used to trap droplets produced by all sorts of liquids. B-GON’s primary application is industrial filtration, but a clever designer will spot the aesthetic potential of this product in the blink of an eye.
