The negotiation area separated by artwork installation and screen is both tranquil and dynamic, modern and traditional, vividly demonstrating the spirit and implication of landscape.

The trapezoid-shaped walls built with laminated glass and gray glass has separated the space to public and private Area. Four private rooms which use trapezoid-shaped and inverted trapezoid-shaped gray glass to make RD (research and development) engineers easily write and discuss in quite environment.
The visual effect of movement is enhanced by lightning system programmed to react on different events as concerts, games and other brand activations. The main installation as well organize and introduce the public into the interactive installations as photo in 360 degrees, real-time dance game, a gallery, concert stage… and entrance to the store.
The project is monochromatic in tones of chocolate and black, with some of the brand’s more vibrant colors incorporated into the visual communication. To speak to chocolate lovers in a more direct fashion, the kiosk was decorated with images of their range of products along with sentences that invite the client to indulge.
The experience center is consist of five areas ,art gallery, drinking area, reading area, life experience area and business negotiation area. In addition to information about real estate and show flat, a variety of art creation about “home” are interspersed in the center, which is achieve the fusion of experience and functionality of each area.
