DearDesign has designed a very bright and open store, with a structure that, despite its rigid and orthogonal look, solves flexibly of the product display. The design of the store is based on a three-dimensional grid inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, which creates a variable rhythm in a permeable volume, ordering the space by generating niches to exhibit the product along its perimeter.

The geometry of the furniture is inspired by the triangulations of the project and adapts to the design requirements of each piece, conceived to have multiple combinations depending on the changing configuration of the restaurant. The construction of the different furniture pieces is made with the same technique: a common design on the union between pieces.

Conceived as an art gallery, the office has ivory walls that make an ideal setting for Santomà’s furniture. “It’s like an exhibition space,” he says. “The pieces really pop against the white backdrop.” Breaking the geometry of the space is a 2-m-tall hemispheric meeting room – or “cupola”, as the designer calls it – clad in 3-mm-thick MDF, transparent panels, mirrors and palm fronds, any of which can be detached and shifted to another position.
