A traditional Hungarian block of flats meets with the image of the ad hoc Asian dumpling buffets, with a little bit of colonial architecture and with the resilient modernism of Asian metropolises.

Counterpointing the spatial variety, the uniform concrete surfaces and the black steel staircases create integration and clarity in the interior. Lacking additional decorative elements only the custom made counters, furniture and lighting fixtures respond to this modesty with their unusual materials, colourful surfaces and sometimes surreal atmosphere.
This 38 square meter installation is placed in a building that is currently under reconstruction, its’ concept is to construct an installation within a reconstruction. The whole installation is hanging from the ceiling. It’s quite heavy and monstrous, yet it looks very light as it’s hovering above the floor.
The brand Bridget & Olivia was founded in 2014, by Timea Staub and Dóra Kovács. The clothing combines a sportswear style with simple designes, and one that has a complex structure and form. The designers place a lot of attention on the quality of the clothes, as well as how body friendly the material is.
