Floors and walls are clad in a custom italian terrazzo with Canadian douglas fir ceiling beams framing a large monumental glass block structure in the very center of the retail space. additionally, polished aluminum is also a reoccurring material throughout the Swish premises.

It features slabs of polished grey carnian stone, paired with smoky wood flooring. however, it’s the wood panelling and ceiling beams that are the key elements of the new concept. Windows and display cases made in extra-clear glass and patina-finish black metal.

Theatinerstrasse is Munich’s famous shopping promenade and home to Puma’s new redesigned store. Plajer & Franz Studio under the direction of Ales Kernjak (head of global store concepts, Puma Retail ag) gave the shop a thorough makeover and filled the 326 sqm space with a dose of joy, innovation, simplicity as well as various local influences.
