The time passes and the pattern turns pale as well as the traces of coffee become ingrained. People put the patches on it and our piece of fabrics inevitably transforms into new laces. The older the fabrics the deeper and more significant the transformation.

The exhibition space is roughly homogeneous, only the colourful carpet is a different element of the hall. The architects tried to strengthen the white painted brick wall with white cubes on the wall, and then they glued up the colourful photos on the cubes.

The space behind the bar shows an exclusive design: a grid that makes the exact position of every article clearly visible. It also has two crystal carafes which, held by a simple mechanism, serve mezcal very easily.

Our key focus was to create a highly recognizable logo and the limited edition packaging of the bottle. We named it OEVOO from the initials [Organic Extra Virign Olive Oil], combining the oil drop with the Japanese sun as if the oil drop is flowing from the sun.
