Paired with this was reclaimed oak beams and wood effect laminate to allow a background that let the bikes stand out. A more centralized checkout finished in strips of old oak beams was positioned near the front door, allowing for better interaction with the customers.

Laser engraving is a high tech process that uses super powerful light (a laser) to apply art to the board instead of the conventional method of laminating the board with a printed graphic. To accomplish this the laser burns away a small layer of wood that creates an awesome embossed effect that you can see and feel while allowing the grain of the board to show through.

Elegant ceiling lights, bar lighting using old Edison lightbulbs, and chairs from the Swiss manufacturer Horgenglarus, link new and old, which gives the dining area a special charm. The custom made counter with its graphic design, is made of rough-hewn oak with a tin sheet counter-top, and this forms the centrepiece of the restaurant.
