Spaces for creative IT are designed generously, as a semi-open area of separate half-enclosed “boxes” clad with rougher materials. The spatial concept deliberately evokes the slightly untidy working environment of the interwar villa in which the firm was originally based, and with which the company built a strong relationship during its first years of operation.

The design goal was to create a dynamic, high energy work space that was environmentally friendly and integrated itself into the local landscape. The scope of the project includes private executive offices, open office spaces, collaboration areas, a fitness center, training rooms and an all hands/break room area.
In order to extend the business traveler’s stay over the weekend, a Fitness Center & Spa, and 3,000 sqf garden were included. This gardened area match in a certain way with the original design of the old Alameda, but with a more contemporary landscape design; it overlooks the Alameda Park, sourrounds the cafeteria, the lap pool and paddle tennis court.
