The rhythm of rectangular modules is formed by an orthogonal metal structure, while the texture of the façade is a screen inspired by a reinterpretation of the traditional wrought iron railings of Polanco. The screen generates a series of rectangular niches that are randomly repeated within the orthogonal mesh.

A dramatic cross-tile floor pattern, based on similar patterns used widely across the city’s public and private spaces, defines key circulation routes throughout, and flips on its side to provide the store’s central focal point – a six-story-high tile-patterned wall which soars through the building’s central atrium.

The Ledge 65 Magnetik lightbox is an easy, cost-effective graphic display tool that is quick to refresh with new graphics and easy to re-configure the magnetic shelves and hooks. Custom perimeter units designed to fit into recessed alcoves in the surrounding walls were made using the 25|25 modular system for a sleek, modern and monochromatic look and feel.
