A roofed-patio with restroom was placed on the outside where markets and workshops can take place to promote the porcelain. Remnants of the porcelain artistry can be seen throughout the structure.

Distinctly textured facade and spacious windows are elements of architecture from which interior concept has been developed. The interior continues the theme of textures in contrasting forms. Daylight that enters through windows reinforce the rhythm and motive of textures, thus gives a dynamic atmosphere to gastro bar.
T3 decided to used second-hand bricks for the whole project, to get the “historical” touch in terms of design, then, to make the project as green as possible by recycling existing materials sourced directly in Saigon. To avoid overloading on structure, we cut in 2 pieces a part of the bricks to use it as wall finish for interior design.
Architects decided to show the scope of information the agency reported using only one color- White. Graphic black accents on the floors and windows create an image of a newspaper page or an information web-site. The interior is made up mostly with custom furniture produced in local workshops according to the architects` sketches.
Each corner of the square floor plan is occupied by conference rooms and other special spaces including a large training room and resource library. Eight conference rooms offer full audio visual and video conferencing capabilities for communication with the firm’s other offices, clients and consultants.
