A full core & shell renovation and interior fit-out of the landmark Argonaut Building, in the heart of Midtown, for the not-for-profit organization founded by George Soros. Scope includes a new conference center with gallery, 8 full floors of office space, and a rooftop cafeteria with terraces.

Ribbons of bamboo balustrades wrap around the central space on each floor and diagonally between floors to create a visual coherence. In addition a new spiral staircase connects all floors and provides fast vertical circulation.

Denham has just opened a concept store in Shoreditch, East London. The concept store occupies 4 floors, including two showrooms and an office space. This is the denim brands 3rd store worldwide but first in the UK.

Blé Bakery on Agias Sofias in Thessaloniki, Greece, most certainly fits the bill. It was designed by the minimalist architects at Claudio Silvestrin Giuliana Salmaso.
