Iris flower installation at NOW Gallery by Rebecca Louise Law, London – UK

Within NOW Gallery on London’s Greenwich peninsula, British artist Rebecca Louise Law has suspended 10,000 Fresh irises with copper wire, making them appear to float within the gallery space. “The Iris” continues Law’s ongoing investigation of Floral Forms and their gradual evolution through the stages of beauty and decay.

The pendants, a part of LightArt’s Artisan collection, are crafted to stand on their own or in clusters, with flowing hand-shaped petals in soft neutral hues.

Coming into the store, through the humble facade, the room opens up and offers the eye both Italian marble from the floor to the ceiling, details in brass and smoked oak and like a large lid the flower patterned ceiling brings the room together.
