The retail space was divided into two main areas, the Fan Wear and the Boot Room. Located at the front of the store, the Fan Wear was designed to accommodate apparel and equipment, in a way that will allow the product to shine.

The well-known Schwab cottage feeling was to be retained. To improve the ambience, the small shingle roof was removed, the existing slabs on the walls stayed, but the colours were changed and wood was added on the ceiling and on the floor.

The jagged graphic is formed from an additional layer of thin waterproof material called Nikeskin and acts as a transition between the hard base plate of the boot and its softer mesh upper.

Because of the wide range of products and large floor area, the layout has been divided into a series a smaller spaces, defined by changes in flooring and ceiling heights. These space surround a central point of sale area and t-shirt printing station. At the rear of the store is an area dedicated to the clubs long history.
