Tschumi Pavillion by Academy of Architecture Groningen, The Netherlands

Our design uses the Tschumi pavilion as a means of projecting the above-mentioned issues. The Hereplein in the city of Groningen is a perfect example of a high-quality urban living area, which isn’t permanently used as such yet.

In the design, this open space is revealed, transformed into three green patios, and a transparent glass pavilion connecting the front and the back, providing the space with a continuous sense of interior/exterior with natural light, enriching, and adding stimulating moments to the overall experience of the space.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2015: Murano glass sweets provided the inspiration for this pavilion by London studio Cousins & Cousins, which features a mixture of coloured and patterned glazing.

Tiffany & Co. diamond pavilion by 2×4, China

2×4 was asked to design the architecture, exhibition, and technology experiences for the exhibition. Defined by glass and transparency, the exhibition was a glass Pavilion encasing at its center the iconic Tiffany Blue Box.

Yu Bar by Kokaistudios, Shanghai

The Yu Bar is the glamorous new rooftop bar of the newly opened Shanghai Marriott Luwan. Located on the banks of the Lupu River overlooking the Expo 2010 site and the Lupu ridge the bar is located on the 28th and 29th floor and features a large terrace offering guests phenomenal views of the city.
