As it is a coffee roaster shop, I was asked to include in the design an espresso machine, coffee bean stockyard, and a showroom for the coffee roaster.

Being a big fan of cooking and eating, Clifton has devoted his culinary passion when designing the space. With the design brief to develop a brand new trend in food & beverage industry and inspired by the linear pattern of the spaghetti 360° logo, the brand new restaurant image capitalizes on the iconic linear pattern, to create a visually astounding façade and interior.
The showroom space delivers functionality along with style and flexibility. The idea being that it can be re-dressed to take on a completely different look for Ariat’s varying product ranges. Furniture is hand built from solid oak and steel, along with intricate leather strap details and oak sleepers.
In the main Innovation Centre panelling between desks allowed for privacy when designers were working on projects. Rolling storage units with padded tops acted as additional seating for informal presentations and meetings with clients and colleagues, while an enclosed booth with an in-built screen allowed for more private meetings away from the desks.
The hall is dominated by the big red glass wall which becomes the symbolic limit between the common, relational and working areas. The operative and directional offices are conceived to achieve a high quality of the working spaces in terms of comfort, brightness, furniture ergonomic and functional organization of the spaces and services.
