The handcrafted gourmet spices from Pfeffersack & Soehne got addition to the family: Premium vanilla from Madagascar in corked glass tubes ennobled with a black wrapping, featuring hand finished labels and a retail packaging made of stapled cardboard.
The 246sqm gourmet food and fine wine store is inspired by the classic Parisian delicatessen store. It combines Victorian and modern architectural elements to create a sophisticated yet welcoming shopping environment where travellers can shop for a wide assortment of delicatessen products.

This 15,000 square foot foodhall is situated in the basement of Causeway Bay’s high end Lee Garden fashion district. Our design fully utilises the dramatic impact of a five storey sunlit atrium which rises above the central part of the foodhall.
