In addition to workstations, the office includes two conference spaces (one essentially a part of the larger office and another private option), as well as an entertainment area, symbolically raised two steps above the workstation level.

Cloud Room by Graham Baba Architects and Brian Paquette Interiors, Seattle – Washington

With over 5,000 square feet of space, Cloud Room houses a large, co-working area filled with rows of tables and chairs, as well as a lounge, a glass-fronted conference room, and phone rooms. Most co-working spaces are sparsely decorated, but Cloud Room is outfitted with all types of places to work, casual seating areas with sofas and chairs, a bar area, along with a west-facing terrace with a fire pit.

Osteria La Spiga restaurant by Graham Baba Architects, Seattle – Washington

Previously an auto body shop, the large open space is broken up with family-style booths and sliding glass panels that open to the patio on sunny days. Intimate booths declare a mix of both traditional and modern elements. A heated metal wall recalls the building’s history while adding additional warmth.

Turnstyle office by Graham Baba Architects, Seattle – Washington

Additions to the original building enclosed the murals inside the building, becoming a strong interior feature. New bay windows were added in the original openings to provide plenty of daylighting and places to curl up and read.
