TDDA collaborated with Diego Leyva, Creative Director of Nhomada to develop the graphic design, we worked through a multidisciplinary process in order to integrate the industrial design and typography with the architecture. The result transforms the standard sushi bar, and integrates a new concept of rice bowl.

Fruit juices, artisan cheeses, and Mexican sweets are elaborated using traditional agricultural and free-range methods, with upmost consideration for the well-being of the environment and the people of the Mexican countryside that inhabit the region.
