An eclectic mix of high-tech and industrial style furniture and fittings contrasts the raw textures and materials with the gadgetry that the team works with. All of the furniture was either made by contractors to dhk’s design or sourced from local designers – with the exception of office chairs and specialised lighting.

The new cabinet ‘mr.knox’ is a funny translation of a heavy steel safe box into a smart and playful wooden piece of furniture. The CNC cut gears fit perfectly together which enables the closing system to work exact as its steel example. The cabinet is 99,9% safe and it is delivered together with a beautiful ‘gold’bar of 99,9% oakwood.

Colonie restaurant by MADesign, New York

Recently opened in the historical Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of New York City, COLONIE is a fresh destination on a once run-down block that seems to be undergoing a renaissance – as so many neighborhoods in Brooklyn are these days.

Inkanta design store by NC-office, Miami Beach

The proposal is a retail interior located at the recently completed project by Herzog & de Meuron on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The store is lined with display cases along both party walls and is terminated with a clearly identifiable cash-counter.
