The most striking design idea that we want to express in this project is the exquisite blending between rustic & simple philosophy of Japanese and the versatile and efficient philosophy of Western, especially the Nordic region.

T3 decided to used second-hand bricks for the whole project, to get the “historical” touch in terms of design, then, to make the project as green as possible by recycling existing materials sourced directly in Saigon. To avoid overloading on structure, we cut in 2 pieces a part of the bricks to use it as wall finish for interior design.
The pendant lights made of wire inspired by Tonkotsu ramen noodle.(It is called Harigane(wire) because of its hardness), Spray with white on the wall which expressed the pork soup, etc. Set with Ramen itself as motif through the restaurant, and yet I aimed to design innovative Ramen restaurant and a space where people can feel comfortable.
