Led by Dickon Hayward, the concept was designed from the ground-up, with Hoare Lea Lighting working closely with Studio RHE to understand the space and its requirements from an architectural lighting perspective.
The remodelling has allowed the daylight function to be enhanced and for the integration of energy-efficient artificial lighting. This has enabled the creation of a softly lit environment, in which strong visual architecture is supported by lighting.
With a brief to adopt a fresh, integrated architectural approach, the scheme forms an important part of the visitor experience and throughout the Club lighting details complement the high-end interior design and finishes.
Hoare Lea Lighting has successfully designed and implemented the lighting of the Dining Hall at Trinity Hall, Cambridge. Founded in 1350, Trinity Hall is one of the oldest Colleges of Cambridge University.
