The new office celebrates the decade’s most iconic musicians, enshrining them in key meeting areas. On an abstract level, finishes and lighting in the office play a key role in communicating Pandora’s creative culture, with acid-washed carpet on the floors and 8-bit video game references on the walls as well as color changing accent lighting in the cafe.

Clients are able to select finishes off the sliding shelves while architects and designer can post drawings and sketches to the rolling steel doors, using magnets. The space is branded with custom wallcovering that morphs the Avant logo into a colorful geometric pattern weaving its way through the space. Unique elements include eight ‘secret’ rooms hidden in the plan, each with a unique theme ranging from a Nintendo room with beanbag seating to a vintage video store.
