The black and white interior with brut surfaces like plaster, concrete, bricks, combined with black metallic structures and warmer elements such us plywood gives the senses of an old style cafe and provides warmth and coziness.

Ballers Sports Cafe by Andreas Petropoulos, Kalamata – Greece

The Basic intention of interior design was to create a space, free from “sports fans” stereotypes, a space open for all kind of sports enthusiasts. The space-identity is highlighted with elements such as Wardrobe Lockers which refer to locker rooms, and also with wall decorations composed of quotes and figure sketches of major athletes, illustrated with the stencil technique.

These round corners became the main concept of the project and so scaled up, changed color and were replicated in three different spots of the new store each in different direction and size.
