YETI flagship store by lauckgroup, Austin – Texas

Boasting a museum-like feel, the flagship is different from traditional retail spaces and intended to inspire people to go out and enjoy the wild through experiential installations. lauckgroup strategically designed each fixture to represent the idea of craft and tell the specific product’s story – by employing raw materials, exposed fastening, acrylics, etc.

We introduced new exterior windows in key places, like the end of corridors, to give access to the exterior while still being resourceful with our budget. Another layer of the design was about making spaces feel comforting and familiar—as if you are just hanging out in your living room.

The Trend Micro logo is backlit and inserted into the stone reception desk representative of the company’s branding. The palette is repeated in each office to establish a connectedness between locations. Trend Micro takes pride in establishing a well-built environment with materials that connect to their rich heritage.
