Just in time to welcome spring, Emmanuelle Moureaux has created the set design and art direction of two Issey Miyake pop-up fashion shops. The spaces oozed with bright pastel hues and colourful starburst forms, offset by neutral white walls and floors.

Running until the 21st December, the Percival brand is a contemporary menswear label, that puts emphasis on British-made quality workmanship, timeless styling and clever detailing over trend-led, disposable fashion. The label have achieved a sense of playful adventure within their designs, and I think the cerise tribal printed, olive shawl neck jacket below is a great example of this ethos.

POP-UP! Adidas pop-up stores, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

I wrote about the awesome pop-up store idea in an article about one of the Dezeen Watch Stores, and now here’s news about Adidas taking the idea to it’s own. Adidas opened 6 pop-up stores in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and each pop-up store opened in a location that was not announced to the public and only selected individuals were given invitations to the opening dates and venues through social networking sites.
