The panels are affixed to walls and ceilings. In the lobby areas, they extend beyond the front door to form dramatic exterior canopies. White LEDs shine through holes in the metal panels. The patterning was inspired by raindrops in one building and a network of highways in the other.

We began by dividing the loft into four distinct sections—a private office, a showroom, a lounge and a custom appointment area—ensuring that each space flowed from one to the other. We then designed and fabricated a bespoke set of furniture, fixtures, lighting and decorative elements to help showcase Grace’s jewelry in a truly one-of-a-kind environment.
Each interior follows a color coded scheme, which dictates the overall scheme of the layout, forming a unified identity across each store. The studio noted the existing environment of each location, developing a unique scheme that would respond to the demographic population and needs of the target group.
upervised by Gvasalia himself, the palette incorporates an eclectic variety of materials, ranging from concrete and satin, to cast aluminum and glass, resulting in an aesthetic that pairs references of Balenciaga’s couture history and its original headquarters on Avenue George V in Paris with raw modern design elements.
The palette is meticulously calibrated, and combines a variety of materials and textures, including an exposed wooden ceiling, flooring of concrete terrazzo, a chunky granite-clad trapezoid display, and a cool selection of furnishings, either custom-made or carefully sourced, creating a setting that subtly hints the allure of a well-designed private home.
