Continuing his exploration into metallic finishes, Tom Dixon has produced ‘Lustre pendants’, a collection of lighting objects which exhibit an iridescent sheen which is a result of applying a specialized glaze composed of minerals and precious metals to the stoneware shades and firing them at 1200 degrees celsius.

August 10th, 2011This shop is part of a chain of family-run bakeries called ‘Elektra’ located in Edessa, Greece. Studioprototype had the opportunity to redefine the look of its shops with this pilot project. The shop is small covering only thirty-five square metres and occupies a strategic corner plot on the main pedestrian high street.
