The community is spread over three floors, with a café, external courtyard and informal touchdown positions at mezzanine level. All floors offer a range of flexible work environments for co-working including open, guest and club space.

In a reference to New York’s famous elevated park, the interior designers looked to create a “High Line-like feeling” where “you can take different types of walks and discover something new each time”. To achieve this, they created an assortment of different formal and informal working spaces, including amphitheatre-style stair seating, a mid-century-styled meeting room and one nook with a daybed.
The showroom space delivers functionality along with style and flexibility. The idea being that it can be re-dressed to take on a completely different look for Ariat’s varying product ranges. Furniture is hand built from solid oak and steel, along with intricate leather strap details and oak sleepers.
The understated palette, captured by immaculate white walls and ceilings, and furnishings and fixtures with a lacquered black finish, is paired with beautiful dark timber flooring. And while this backdrop is sure to make the merchandise pop, things take a more intimate turn in the sections where shoes and accessories are presented.
On entering, the interior typifies a male domain which embraces a contemporary take on old world elegance which offers a high degree of comfort for its discerning clientele. Comfortable leather chairs greet the customer and a choice of high-end products for male grooming are displayed against a brown faceted wall.
Creating a new space in the Opera Garnier meant following strict guidelines concerning the historical character of the monument: in order to ensure the possibility of completely removing the project without damage to the existing structure, we were not allowed to touch any of the walls, the pillars, or the ceiling.
