The rhythm of rectangular modules is formed by an orthogonal metal structure, while the texture of the façade is a screen inspired by a reinterpretation of the traditional wrought iron railings of Polanco. The screen generates a series of rectangular niches that are randomly repeated within the orthogonal mesh.

The Feuerle Collection is a private museum hosting the contemporary art, Imperial Chinese furniture, and ancient Southeast Asian art collections of Désiré Feuerle.

Dark woods and shades of grey dominate the space, which also houses the Molteni Museum that opened in November 2015 on the top floor. Glass, oxidised wood, resin and Ceppo stone are widely used in the finishings.
