The approach had been a very Eclectic-Contemporary, in all the 6 clubs present in India. Different zones speaking different languages, without a unifying theme to the overall aesthetic to the club.

Whilst ensuring that the nuances of a BBQ restaurant are present, our main design objective was to achieve a modern yet casual setting. We decided to go for simple materials like wood and brick. More specifically, the walls consist of shaded burnt bricks that are reminiscent of rustic brick barbeque grills and form a perfect backdrop for the BBQ-related artwork.
Busride Design Studio have completed a restaurant called The Smokehouse with an attached nightclub called SHRoom in New Delhi, India. Description from the architects : One of the most bizarre briefs we’ve worked with, Smokehouse Room flows organically out over 12,000 sq.ft of curves, overlooking the grandest view in India, the Qutub Heritage precinct.
