The standard counter has been deconstructed and replaced with three informal stations, removing the barrier between customer and barista. The tapered angle of the counter and openness of the brew bar bring an honesty to the design enabling customers to see what would traditionally be back of house.

The design, inspired by the classic gentleman’s club uses a palette of aged timber, ribbed glass, antiqued mirror and marble. With the biggest and best selection of barbers and hair products in Ireland, it was important to create a retail environment that reflected this.
