The aim was to create a powerful arriving experience and to give the meeting rooms as well as the open office a welcoming sensation. For this reason a geometric reception desk with unique lighting was installed between the symmetrical office wings.

The space is a blend of textures. There are warm finishes, like the rustic wood floors and the wood mosaic kitchen backsplash. There are also modern and textural finishes to contrast the rustic – sculptural modular wall panels and a ribbed wallcovering.

Great attention was paid to the corporate standards. The international office of the company provided the architects with a detailed brand book with a lot of restrictions and recommendations. This placement of the agents on this raised area creates an uncluttered walkways between the offices’ two doors. VIDA used the platforms, as well as open bookcases and partial partitions to subdivide the otherwise open-plan spaces.

The existing labyrinth of offices and cubicles was completely demolished and re-conceptualized with a focus on collaboration, openness, and state-of-the-art audio visual technology. To a large degree, private offices were moved away from the windows to make way for shared spaces to take advantage of the natural light and reservoir views.

MPO wished for a combination of pleasant, comfortable workstations with professional and high-quality meeting areas. This request resulted in an office where the bar became the central meeting point surrounded by a nice and homey comfortable seating area with fireplace and by open and closed offices.

The neuralgic center of this project is a cylindrical building, inserted diagonally in the ground and that is work of the architects Eneko Goicoechea and Xabier Barrutieta. In this environment, with a marked architectural character, the pure lines of STUA furniture fit perfectly.

Teva Pharmaceuticals headquarters by CPM Architecten, Berlin – Germany

We used sand colours for the carpets, light mostly white furnitures and daylight lamps as well as a lot of glass to achieve a light and open atmosphere. The teakitchens have bar seatings and windows to the corridors and are appreciated as much as the later added “smoothie corner” where employees are provided with fresh vegetables and fruit to create their own health drinks.

The office was designed as a cosy, dynamic, hospitable and lively space surprisingly. We prefered to use smoked oak parquets on the ground, brass coated iron in furnishing, and coloured fabrics.
