Based on the meaning of “Apple” for this brand, we designed the Osaka shop looks as a cake box fully packed with “Delicius”; set abstract apple trees on the back and front walls, hanged eye-catching apples which is logo design of the brand from the ceiling to express radiation of the owner’s whole heart that provides perfect cakes for customers.

Shmarim pastries shop by Studio Yaron Tal, Herzliya – Israel

Shmarim, a pastries shop in shop located inside a large supermarket in Herzelia (near Tel Aviv). The store was designed in warm colors using wood, iron, bricks. The logo and the special lamp was designed inspired by the world of backing.

SUYI Chinese Pastry Shop by SlowStudio, Suzhou – China

The space presents itself both as a boutique shop and a snack bar; a band of strips wraps both walls and roof to glorify products in the center of the space. On the display side, the strips are extruded creating surfaces to become shelves and as they reach the ground furniture pieces complement the gesture with the complexity and elegance characteristic of eastern modern taste.

In designing the space, Surface3 sought to capture the essence of pastries and the way we enjoy them in a way that is simple, magical and lasting; from the exchange of pastries as a ritual signifying love and friendship, to the pleasure inherent in simple indulgence.

With a mix of materials, including woods, metals for reflective high shine and some haute pink and polished finishes, Biecher has all the ingredients for any foodie’s gastronomic adventure.
