The entrance hall with its high ceiling and sculptural steel staircase does the transition between these two focal points. It is in this large room that wood is introduced as another element of strong symbolism and its use throughout the spaces creates a sense of internal continuity.

The highlight of the store is a tree made with 10,000 demolition wood chips. The tree represents a family and the wood chips remembers the wooden roofs used by the first Italian immigrants in Rio Grande do Sul.

The project is monochromatic in tones of chocolate and black, with some of the brand’s more vibrant colors incorporated into the visual communication. To speak to chocolate lovers in a more direct fashion, the kiosk was decorated with images of their range of products along with sentences that invite the client to indulge.
