Spaces for creative IT are designed generously, as a semi-open area of separate half-enclosed “boxes” clad with rougher materials. The spatial concept deliberately evokes the slightly untidy working environment of the interwar villa in which the firm was originally based, and with which the company built a strong relationship during its first years of operation.

The linear detailed entrance compliments the circular wall partitions to offer a sense of removal. To contrast, mirror panels line the adjacent wall to create the illusion of a larger space. This is further achieved through a calm palette, as light ceiling and floor finished delicately contrast with the leather detailing to portray a sense of sophisticated indulgence.
The renewed interior by dutch studio D/DOCK has been conceived off of the garage where Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin started the company, boasting quirky elements such as graffiti walls, cardboard box lights and a container wall in the 70-seater auditorium (referred to as tech talk), integrated into the existing space to illustrate its birth period.
