While being a relatively small and narrow space, the Design Team did not want the restaurant to feel cramped and claustrophobic, but light and airy. With a concept based on a 1950’s retro diner with a modern twist, mid-century modern furniture was chosen and specified in addition to the use of white painted brick and clean-lined, red light fixtures to tie the space back to the Kellogg’s brand.

Using various floral fixtures, designers clustered one hundred and eighty handmade Blossom Pendants to serve as an elegant ceiling feature as well as a wayfinding element to guide customers into the adjoining retail space. The pendants, a part of LightArt’s Artisan collection, are crafted to stand on their own or in clusters, with flowing hand-shaped petals in soft neutral hues.
Featuring conveniences like totem pay stations, on-screen menus, cashless payments, self-service stations and one-step ordering, Melt has facilitated a fast, uncomplicated customer journey for Carve’s 140-square-meter space, enabling the restaurant to sustain a lunch capacity of 800 people while retaining a premium feel.
With this restaurant interior it isn’t just the material finishes that are the very best. The design goes to a much deeper level. The lighting, tables and chairs are unique and designed specifically for this interior. This is an interior designed and manufactured in its entirety at the Liqui’s Brighton based studio and workshop.
DesignLSM were commissioned to redesign the interior and brand identity for Queens, helping them to create an all-inclusive leisure destination for families, friends and city workers. The overall concept comprises of 12 stylish bowling lanes, an indoor ice rink, two contemporary bars and the launch of a new F&B offering from famous pop-up restaurateur Jimmy Garcia.
Blenheim Design have created an atmospheric Japanese fine dining environment with embodies a luxurious feel throughout the entire restaurant interior. The warm ambience is achieved through use of soft indirect lighting and an earthy harmonious colour palette which offsets with luxurious brass and bronze metal detailing.
In the round holes of the panels, the plants are placed. These herbs are also functional – the сhef can use them for the cooking. Urban panorama of St. Petersburg viewed from the 41st floor harmoniously continues the interior through the materials (wood, steel) and low-key colors used in the design of this space.
