The house has a history and the original building materials are left exposed in order for the visitor to experience this historical feeling. New electromechanical installations were created for the equipment and lighting of the transformed space.

Bringing food truck culture inside, food areas are pushed out and pulled in so that employees can weave in and out of the space and discover the variety of cultural cuisines. Picnic tables, an ice cream cart, concrete blocks and string lights create an ambiance of the outside brought in.

The Trend Micro logo is backlit and inserted into the stone reception desk representative of the company’s branding. The palette is repeated in each office to establish a connectedness between locations. Trend Micro takes pride in establishing a well-built environment with materials that connect to their rich heritage.

Divided into two areas, a work zone and a collaborative zone, the latter incorporates moveable furniture so that the space can be quickly and easily re-configured, as needed. Meanwhile, the work zone is defined by a unique “ventilated fold” made up of white perforated metal panels.

Environmental graphics and branding elements are strategically located throughout the floors, providing imagery that is unique to Adobe and the site.
