In this project, the main concept is to add a steel mezzanine to maximize the usable space in the building. During the process of design, in order to minimize the effect of the mezzanine on the original ground floor, the architect chooses to suspend the whole steel structure.

Furniture is also used for delineating spaces, evidenced in the large, open bookshelf that forms the see-through “wall” between the main, conference room/office and the corridor, as well as another two large bookshelves between the main office and the two, slightly more private, meeting rooms.
